Paul’s broad background in finance and insurance makes him uniquely positioned to advise firms on designing benefit programs that support their business objectives and address their employee needs. Paul has 25 years of experience in group benefits, executive compensation, corporate and individual insurance, estate and retirement planning and a crucial understanding of the related tax and finance issues. Paul began his career in commercial lending at Manufacturer’s Hanover Trust Company and later worked for New England Financial. He then joined Alexander and Alexander, Inc. (Aon) as a consultant in the Executive Planning Services Group, where he specialized in designing employee benefits for corporate clients. Paul left Alexander and Alexander in 1992 to start Kuveke Group. Paul is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, as well as life, health and variable annuity licenses. Paul also holds the following industry designations: Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU); Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC); Registered Health Underwriter (RHU); Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC); and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). He earned a B.A Degree from Washington and Lee University.
Christine Tracey, JD: Principal, Account Executive and Compliance Advisor
Christine’s background in law, economics and finance provide her an unparalleled perspective for understanding the issues surrounding employee benefit programs. Christine focuses on advising clients on human resources and compliance matters including COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA, Medicare and the recent Health Care Reform. Christine began her career more than 20 years ago as a litigation associate with Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft. Later, she joined Shearson American Express’s inhouse legal department as a corporate officer representing the firm in employment and securities cases. Before joining Kuveke Group, Christine headed her own legal consulting practice specializing in employment disputes and workplace investigations. Christine earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago. She is a member of the bars of New York and Connecticut and the Society for Human Resources Management.
