Kuveke Benefits LLC (“KB”) philosophy focuses on addressing the distinct but interdependent needs of management, human resources and employees in a cohesive benefits plan. Our culture emphasizes accountable professionalism and prompt, high quality service. Our entire team, including our principals, is available and accountable to our clients.

Each company is unique as are the needs of their employees. KB works with its clients to identify the most appropriate benefit plans and communication methods to deliver high quality, cost-effective programs.

Paul Kuveke started KB in 1992 , after years of training in the insurance and financial industries. KB has grown in size and scope and today provides benefits brokerage, management consulting services, HR support services, communications services and legislative compliance support to middle market companies concentrated in the financial services industry.

KB has additional resources throughout the United States, Canada and Europe as one of 143 firms that own United Benefit Advisors. KB has partnered with member firms on many occasions to meet client needs including securing benefits in Canada and finding local Canadian support. KB was also able to draw on international support to research local benefit customs for a client in Chile.
